Established in 2004, ODIN & Associates, a Professional Corporation is the brain-child of Mary Baron, Stephanie Machado and Kevin Rice and is a group practice consisting of clinical social workers with the primary mission of creating innovative programs designed to improve the quality of life for participants.  Program content is selected from the interests of the founders and is representative of their own personal commitments.

Below are frequently asked questions of our team.

1. Are the weight loss surgery workshops offered anywhere else besides Southern California?  We will bring the workshop to your area as the need increases.  We have already begun plans to run workshops in the New York city and Chicago areas.
   
   
2. Will my insurance cover weight loss surgery workshops fees?  The general answer is no.  However, most insurance providers will consider payment of any service if they believe it to be of significant benefit to their enrollee.
   
   
3. Is ODIN hiring?  As we expand, we will be looking for like-minded, ambitious individuals.  We do collect resumes and will keep them on file.
   
   
4. Do I have to attend the workshops in order to receive individual coaching?  No.  But they are definitely complementary and completion of the workshop is strongly encouraged prior to onset of coaching sessions.
